One of the staples that every woman needs to invest in is the perfect black cocktail dress.  It should be that piece you reach for time and again to get you through a number of occasions, whatever the season, year after year.  I happened to stumble upon this lace cocktail dress a few years ago when I was looking for something to wear to a rehearsal dinner.  Since then, I’ve turned to this dress for a wedding and several holiday parties.  Over the weekend, I wore it to a black tie dinner with my husband and I felt comfortable and confident all night long.  That’s the key: to purchase something that fits you like a glove… once you put it on, you’re not fussing or fidgeting.  Instead, you’re able to enjoy yourself while feeling your best!  Oh…and always make sure whatever dress you invest in, that it’s dance floor appropriate…wardrobe malfunctions are never chic.
