Knotted

My mom bought me the prettiest blue silk scarf for my birthday a few months ago and considering that we’ll experience some transitional temps in the upcoming weeks, I’ve been thinking about how I’ll style mine.  I wish I was French at times because let’s face it… French women can carry off a knotted silk scarf better than the rest of the planet.  They make it look so effortless and carefree, as if it were an afterthought.  So, I’ve been pinning my favorite looks and surprisingly, I have more options than I had originally anticipated.  I’m especially loving the idea of doubling a scarf as a belt or tied loosely with a classic trench and jeans.  And how quintessential Parisian is this knotted silk scarf paired with a timeless striped top? Seriously sooo chic.
