Naan Bread Pizza
One of my favorite quick and healthy weeknight dinners are Naan bread pizzas. You can top them with anything: veggies, fruit, fresh herbs and of course, a plethora of cheese. We’ve sampled a number of versions but my top three preferences are fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil, goat cheese, plum and thyme and feta and kale. Simply preheat the oven to 400 degrees, brush some olive oil on the Naan bread, finish off with your favorite toppings and bake them for ten minutes (or a few minutes longer if you like a crispy crust). Lately, I’ve been loving the mini Naan bread because they make the perfect personal pizza or as an easy appetizer when entertaining.

These are a staple at my house too! Seriously the best dinner on-the-go! Love the idea of serving them up as the holidays are approaching.

What a great idea! I love the size and that I can add whatever toppings I want. I like to make pizza at home, so I definitely need to try this out.
