Ricotta and Goat Cheese Crostini
Now that Easter is around the corner, I’ve been pinning away different ideas for tablescapes (last discussed here), creative desserts and seasonally appropriate dishes. So, when I discovered this recipe for ricotta and goat cheese crostini, I simply had to give a try. I’ve never been one to turn down anything involving goat cheese but the addition of ricotta, fresh basil and lemon zest had me at hello. I’m not even going to tell you how many of these tasty bites I wolfed down the other evening. Let’s just say I’ll be eating salads the rest of the week…
**Another favorite crostini recipe is this one.

This sounds so good! I love ricotta and goat cheese separately but I’ve never combined the two! Next time I make my homemade ricotta I’ll have to try this recipe out.
