Skinny Hot Chocolate
Red Mug, sold out (similar)// Plaid Plate (on sale)
As the temperatures continue to drop, I find myself craving a warm beverage more often than not and naturally, nothing is more satisfying than a comforting cup of hot chocolate. While I love Starbuck’s rich and creamy version, it is high in calories and can put a significant dent in my wallet, so I decided to give this recipe for skinny hot chocolate a try. It was so easy to whip up and took very little time but truthfully, the best part was the chocolate garnish on top. Of course, I had to include some jumbo marshmallows because what’s hot chocolate without these light and fluffy additions? My kids gave this low fat version their stamp of approval so it’s safe to say this recipe will be on repeat for the months ahead.
For the next week, I am teaming up with Zelle from Southern Style and 20 other fab bloggers to give away a $300 Tory Burch gift card to celebrate Zelle’s blogiversary! This giveaway is just in time for the holidays, so you have the chance to give yourself {or someone else} the gift of Tory Burch just in time for the holidays! The more ways you enter, the better your chances are! The giveaway ends on Friday, December 19th, at midnight. Good luck and be sure to check out all of these fab blogs!

See I can’t abide light hot chocolate. I like drinking chocolate in tiny cups. It’s super thick. I’d rather have the whole enchilada once in a while than a less satisfying version more regularly.

Hot chocolate is the best this time of year, and a happy substitute on some days for my Starbucks white chocolate mocha!
