This skinny pumpkin banana bread has quickly become a favorite fall treat in our house. It’s super easy to make, it’s bursting with flavor, and it makes the house smell heavenly. My advice is to make two at a time and freeze one because we typically go through one loaf in a day.
PS…if you want to make this recipe even healthier, add two tablespoons of ground flax seed and substitute two tablespoons of butter for two tablespoons of coconut oil.
