Even though I own this bracelet sleeve coat, I’m trying to convince myself that a cape coat this season is an utter necessity. I’ve been dreaming up different ways I would style it…a la Olivia Palermo with effortless ankle jeans and pointed toe flats, with a red jersey dress, long leather gloves and patent heels for a holiday party or even with a classic pencil skirt, a cashmere sweater and tall boots for Thanksgiving dinner. Whatever the occasion, this timeless and tirelessly chic piece of outerwear would never be abandoned in my closet. Besides, as the temperatures begin to plummet, I’ll need something to console me and get me through another long, harsh winter. Wouldn’t you agree?

That is one beautiful cape! I absolutely love the idea of wearing it with long leather gloves, that would be the most glamorous look. And you’re so right, it’s timeless and classic and you could wear it over and over again for years. I say go for it!
