Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars
Yesterday, I had pumpkin on the brain despite the fact that it felt more like summer than fall. Not that I’m complaining. I’ll take 70 and sunny in October any day! So, I decided to whip up these scrumptious chocolate chip pumpkin bars which were so easy and quick and dare I say healthy? I tweaked the original recipe by using agave nectar in place of maple syrup and by substituting ginger for allspice. I think the best part was was the melted chocolate that I generously drizzled on top which ended up being a big sticky mess but sooo worth it. If you’re looking for additional pumpkin recipes, check out these muffins and this risotto. Hope you have a great weekend!

Yum! I love pumpkin everything, so I’ll definitely be making these bars. And, of course, I’m going to add a generous amount of chocolate drizzle to mine, too! Hope you have a great weekend!
