Denim Shorts
My favorite warm weather staple is without a doubt my broken in denim shorts (last seen here, here and here). I pretty much live in them all summer long so I know I’ll be needing a back-up pair sooner rather than later. My dream pair of denim shorts are these Rag & Bone distessed ones but the price tag is considerably hefty so I’m not sure I can justify spending that much on something I’d only wear four months out of the year. Therefore, as my search continues, I thought I’d share with you some other denim shorts I’ve had my eye on…these Madewell ones are my first runner up and this darker wash from J.Crew is coming in at a close second. Are you a fan of denim shorts? If so, would you save or splurge?

I’m a big fan of denim shorts. I have a pair of RAG & BONE BOYFRIEND DENIM SHORTS myself and they’re fantastic.

The rag & bone shorts have also been my dream pair for the longest time, but the save version is so similar! Thanks for recommending them 🙂

You know what, I make my denim cutoffs from old Goodwill jeans, which is the absolute “save” option! Lol! Great inspiration for summer!

Those J.Crew “save” shorts are my all time favorite shorts EVER. (Really, any cuffed denim shorts are my favorite ever, haha.)

I do too like the splurge options better, but at my age I would probably go ahead and purchase one of the saves just because I don’t wear them very much. But they are so on trend and actually timeless so that if they are something you would wear a lot then I would definitely do the splurge! Happy Wednesday!

Those Rag & Bone ones have been on my list for a while, but I’m not sure I can justify them either. They are so cute and perfectly distressed though!

Not to be encouraging, but Rag & Bone really does make a nice pair of jeans. The fit is just amazing. But I have a pair from Madewell that I wear nonstop during the summer.
