Raspberry Iced Tea
The other day, while I was out and about with the kids, I was craving a Snapple raspberry iced tea so when we went for pizza, I was pleasantly surprised to realize they carried this particular flavor. I knew I had to attempt a homemade version so I promptly picked up some raspberries (aren’t they sooo good this time of year?) at the market and made it my mission to make a refreshing pitcher of this sweet tea. I followed this simple and quick recipe and as an added bonus, I remembered that we have mint growing in our backyard so I plucked a few sprigs to give it a little lift. We all finished off the pitcher at dinner so naturally, the kids are begging me to make some more. It really is that good…definitely barbecue worthy if you ask me.
