Classic Navy Blazer

This is the time of year when my daily uniform becomes button downs and blazers. It’s such an easy, effortless and polished look that can seamlessly transition from day to night. While I love my go-to black boyfriend blazer (last seen here, here and here), it’s refreshing to mix it up now and then with a classic navy blazer instead. I love this light blue plaid button down because to me, lighter colors equal warmer temps and hopefully, the weather will continue to cooperate so much so that we can finally retire our heavy winter apparel. I decided to feature two looks today: one for evening and one for day. It’s as simple as swapping out flats for heels and a cross body bag for a sleek clutch and you’ve just taken yourself from running errands to an evening out!

Button down and blazers is one of my favorite combos, and you totally rocked it here, Kate! I also love that clutch.

Those gap jeans are pretty nice. I’ve avoided BF jeans because on my they would look like mom jeans but those might actually work.
