Grapefruit Margaritas
My love for margaritas knows no bounds (last seen here and here) so considering that Cinco de Mayo is upon us, I was more than happy to experiment the other night by sampling some grapefruit margaritas. I searched high and low on pinterest for inspiration but eventually, I decided to whip up my own concoction:
Makes 4 Servings
1 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (approximately 2 grapefruits)
3 limes freshly squeezed plus another for lime wedges
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup tequila
2 cups ice
kosher salt
Rub the edges of your glass with lime and dip in the salt. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!

I’m a sucker for anything grapefruit! It’s probably why we both like Sauv Blanc!
